Postby Kent_UckyFriedGills » Wed Apr 16, 2014 12:24 pm

Bradley Dack has signed a four year deal,to keep him at the Club until the end of the 2017/2018 season.Great news, and that is another young player like Hessenthaler who we can build the Team around.

Great news ,do we have Hessy tied up on a long contract ?? I would love to think we could get three or four young players, then bring in 3 or 4 of older players on one year deals, a few on loan players and go somewhere next year, and I don't mean back to Division 2,lol. Thanks Tranmere for losing last night, now don't forget to lose when you play the Gills this week.

Good news. The more we can get signed up now the better. I guess young players like Hessy and Dack will be tied up regardless of who the manager is as they will command significant fees if they do well and move. Should we secure safety Friday I hope we offer good contracts to those we want to keep early to stop all the mucking about as we need to get new players in sharpish. We can't afford to be bringing them in a couple of games into the season to get used to the side next time round.
