Steve Lovell has demanded more from midfielder Josh Pritchard.

I thought Josh Pritchard was going to be one of our eye catching signings of the summer and the player we were going to build the entire midfield around, but it just has not happened for the young lad at the moment.

Josh Pritchard scored the winning goal for Tromsø as Tromsø beat Beşiktaş 2-1 in The Europa League, and I thought Josh Pritchard was going to be this calm and cultured midfielder who can pass the ball about with a lot of accuracy, perhaps Josh Pritchard needs to start 4-5 matches in a row in the same position rather then playing as a right wing back and coming on as a substitute - but I did expect more from Pritchard then we have seen from him so far this season.

This has been my main criticism. I genuinely feel we have the players to cement a solid place in this league. With a couple of additions and getting the players to gel and build up a great understanding with their team-mates and we could challenge for a play-off spot but we keep making changes always playing players out of position.

It's great this has been recognised and hopefully this might spark him to life but I am concerned the criticism is being made public and by supposedly a coach just helping Hessy for a couple of games and not Hessy himself at the very least in his capacity as his Assistant Manager.

Guess Lovell thinks he is going to be the new manager, already called Nelson out for letting two in the other night, now tells Pritchard he wants more from him or else he will be playing along side Kedwell next week, mighty big talk from one of the Gang of Four, hope he can back it up if he becomes manager.
Not saying it wasn't needed to be said ,just think he should be careful thats all.
