The one player who really did stick out for me in Gillingham's 1-1 draw against Chatham Town was Tom Hadler, and if I was Justin Edinburgh I would be looking to offer Tom Hadler a four year contract and getting him tied down for the foreseeable future, With Stuart Nelson and Glenn Morris at the club as Number One and Number Two Goalkeepers respectively (what order those two will be, I guess we will find out eventually), but with two experienced Goalkeepers at the club, I think it would be a good idea to send Tom Hadler out on a Season Long Loan to a club in The Conference South to continue his development by playing regular competitive first team football on a week in, week out basis.

Then, in a year's time, there could be a scenario of where one of Stuart Nelson or Glenn Morris, or both goalkeepers are released at the end of the season, if that happens, Tom Hadler has to be back up to whoever Gillingham has as our Number One Goalkeeper for The 2016 / 2017 season, if we don't offer Tom Hadler a long term contract and if he keeps being third choice goalkeeper in 2-3 years time then someone will sign Tom Hadler and Gillingham will lose out on a really promising goalkeeper.

Hadler could do with a season long loan in the Conference at a club like Bromley. It is a good level and would give him the required experience needed of men`s Football. From the highlights of the games,he has pulled off some really good saves.
Noircat Premier League Champion 2007,and 2014.Noircat FA Cup (Runner Up 2014).Promoted to the Premier League (Runner Up 2017,and 2020 in the Championship).
