This is purely a hypothetical scenario and it be interesting to see how everyone answers this question, Gillingham have appointed you as manager and you have a free reign to mould the squad as you see fit, you can make changes to the player personal regardless if those players are contracted to the club or if their contracts are up in the summer, you can also offer higher or lower wages to players who you want to keep at the club.

You can also decide on whether you want to add more coaches to your coaching set up

You can also name named of players you would like to bring in to the club, but if you cannot name someone but know the type of player you want to bring in EG: A Left Sided Winger With Pace, then you can mention a Matty Jarvis type of player if that helps you out.

The charabang driver Mr.Lidbit, bu&&er keeps taking us to the wrong ground, then I would bring in Jimmy Greaves, Martin Peters,Jeff Hurst and the great Mr, Doctor, Chief Guy, Sir Bobby Moore to hold the mid field together.
