Gills have signed ex Man Utd Trainee Danny Galbraith on a Contract until the end of the season. In recent years he has played for Hibernian, and Limerick, but he has suffered with injuries lately.I see this as a no risk signing, and I expect he is on low wages.Hopefully we have a good player on our hands.

I think Danny Galbraith is a low risk signing who has signed a short term contract until the end of the season, this is a young player who wants to sign for Gillingham Football Club, is grateful for the opportunity and is probably on very cheap wages or even expenses, yes we need to sign a striker, but sometimes when a player like Danny Galbraith is cheap and available you have got to take a punt on him and see what happens - if Danny Galbraith is poor then he get released at the end of the season, but if he turns out to be a decent signing then we could well offer the lad a contract extension.
And hopefully Danny Galbraith turns out to be a decent signing.

I think he will be decent if he remains fit, it's a cheap gamble on a player who has a bad history of injuries and could suffer similar problems in the future, worth the risk, if he stays fit he will be a class player.
