Why do I find this whole thing so laughable, Gillingham and Charlton , ( Charlton is in Kent , I guess Southend, Brighton, Millwall will all be included next year) and both teams will field 5 or 6 1st team players and the final will have how many people watching, 3 or 4 hundred and MOF,sorry FOM ??
Talk about embarrassing, I could see it if Margate and Gillingham were going to be playing in front of 5,000 people and both would pick up $30,000 ,but my guess is they don't, lol.

Charlton isn't in Kent but I believe they are affiliated to the Kent FA (think Millwall are as well??) in a similar way that Swansea, Cardiff, Newport etc are not in England but play in English competitions.

I think Millwall are affiliated to the Kent FA as well,so i`m surprised they don`t enter.

I think Neil Cugley (Folkestone Invicta's Manager) came up with a brilliant idea to make The Kent Senior Cup more appealing, he suggested that Gillingham, Charlton Athletic and Conference / Conference South Sides like Dartford, Welling United, Dover Athletic, Ebbsfleet United and Bromley should be seeded, and those from The Ryman Premier Division and Ryman Division One South compete in the first round to earn the chance to play against the bigger Kent Sides in the last sixteen.
