A bonkers (almost) afternoon

At the end of the season FOM felt every 3 years the Gills spend a bit of money and 3 years ago we signed Whelpdale and Lee (and another I can't remember) all on the same day and today we signed Garmston, Williamson and Morris (although Glenn Morris was possibly an anti-climax after twitter was going crazy with all the news)! I'm still doubtful about Ehmer and Payne seems less likely but they come off that will be a few holes plugged. Nice to have it done now rather than in mid-July!

I was expecting Williamson today,but it was a nice surprise to see another was on it`s way and it was Garmston.The third felt a little anticlimax because they said another is on it`s way,which made us think it was a new signing.But it`s good that Morris has signed as he deserve a new deal after his performances.

I love days like that - start making me all excited again after the end of the previous season when I always feel like I need a bit of a break.
