Of the three pieces of transfer news revealed by Gillingham Football Club on what was a busy day on Monday, I have to say that signing Bradley Garmston on a three year deal was the most eye-catching and most impressive signing of them all, Ben Williamson was revealed on Thursday so we had time to prepare ourselves for that signing and Glenn Morris is a re-signing and not a actual signing, so Bradley Garmston's signature is the star quality signing that has supporters jumping out of there seats.

Of the four left backs Gillingham had used last season (Joe Martin, Adam Chicksen, Amari'i Bell and Bradley Garmston), Bradley Garmston was the player who impressed me the most and the reason I say that is because Bradley Garmston was the quickest and he was almost like a left winger playing at left wing back, and when we had Bradley Garmston and Gavin Hoyte on both flanks, combined with the threat Jermaine McGlashan gave us from the bench, then these three players could cause teams a lot of problems.

The signings of Ryan Jackson, Bradley Garmston and Ben Williamson suggests that Justin Edinburgh will want plenty of players who can provide Gillingham with pace for the up and coming season and I am delighted that Bradley Garmston has signed a three year contract with Gillingham.
