Andy Hessenthaler has left Gills to take the assistant Managers job at Leyton Orient.This has come out of the blue,but Hendon and Hess are close pals.Will be interesting to see who takes the assistant role here now Hess has gone.

Apparently Jed has 2 names in the frame, both young and hungry and Gills fans will be delighted by both! Interesting.
As for Hessy so odd becoming the number two of someone who was your number two only a few years back. How often that seems to happen!
