What do we think about the flare up between Osedebe and Norris? Is it a good thing, showing passion and desire to do well, or is it petulant and undermining for the rest of the team? Personally I'm sure it was much ado about nothing but it would be interesting to hear other people's views.

I was quite surprised to read this. I listened online and don't think I heard any reference to it at all. There's a fine line between desire and something that can lead to bad atmosphere and we are where we are because we have quite a coherent unit. Let's hope Jed has nipped that in the bud. I notice everyone is slating Norris for it and without seeing it it is hard to comment however if Osadebe was rash when better options were available then I can see the annoyance but unless everyone else was perfect it would be silly to get to that stage. All it does is to show opposition there may be cracks to exploit.

It`s good to see passion,but i`m glad it was sorted in the dressing room as the atmosphere is currently a good one.I think Norris was just frustrated as he feels under pressure to score goals to stay in the side,and Osadebe should have passed to him to tap in.
