Lee Martin injury

With a smaller amount of friendlies this year it is a massive concern to see such key players out. After what appears to be a season ending (already) injury to Martin (photos showed his ankle turned totally the wrong way which caused the friendly on Saturday to be abandoned) it leaves the Gills without 2 of their summer signings for the start of the campaign. We have a decent starting 11 but hardly any subs we could use! Don't get me wrong, the injuries are ones that could come at any time but what a bad run of luck. On the plus side we have a (rare) fit Cody for the first game of a new campaign!
