Today we signed Bondz N'Gala who was out of contract. Seems a bit of an iffy choice judging by his experience at past clubs and given that we probably have more experience now. He is another body and possibly cheep so I can accept that.

But to make way for him we have loaned out Knott to Luton! Now I know he hasn't shown the promise he arrived with but then again you can say that Oshilaja, Konchesky, Wright, Dack and Cody can all be accused of not being at the standard expected of them. Knott has shown moments in games where he was a handful and I expect us to settle down and improve and would have seen a lot more from him as we have started to with Dack. What I can't work out is that there are no emergency loan deals anymore so how has he been loaned out outside of the window?

Loans to Conference are allowed outside the window I'm told. Knott in the Conference is a big name and player at that level I think!

Bondz N'G deal broke down thanks to the fact that Gillinghams Management are not smart enough to do deals before the deadline.

Well that didn`t last long! N`Gala cannot play for Gills as he has played for Barnet & Eastleigh already this season.Hopefully the contract can be cancelled as it cannot be fair for us to be paying for a player we cannot use.Someone is at fault with this deal! I`m surprised Knott has gone down to the conference on loan,but Lincoln are flying and have two Essex brothers as manager`s which must be why.He should excel at Lincoln and possibly win the league.

Weird just gets even weirder!

Surely the contract is null and void and if the player has broken the rules (not the club although we should have checked) then we shouldn't be liable for any costs. His agent should surely have known that if he was touting his client about? That said I'm sure this will be another welcome chance for the FA to throw the book at us for race discrimination if we don't end up paying his "wages"! You or I couldn't lie in an interview and simply say "you should have checked" and not expect to get fired, its tantamount to fraud!

Essex brothers as mangers means promotion, so what the hell happened to us, didn't Glasgow live in Essex ??

Let's face it , Mr S doesn't exactly spend large on a professional support team , he'd rather pay his missus £30k to fold the napkins.

And very nice folding it is indeed, in fact give that woman a pay rise, lol.

The two brothers are really highly rated,and will be managing a bigger club soon I reckon.
