Just read the ESPN report on tonight's game, if there had been any more love for Torquay I think I would have puked. Ok so they have not lost at home WERE ELEVEN dam points ahead of them , we had nearly 60% of the game and they put a huge crowd of TWO thousand people whoop de bl**dy doobee in the stadium, the only mention that we even played was the goal and they got the name wrong Dean Burton in commentary, Deon Burton in stats.
Top of the division ,playing great football, why is it that everybody seems to ignore GFC ?

Its the same at this end. Gills ahead by six points, score 4 goals and the first piece of news is that Aldershot lost! Well they won last night so we will be lucky to even be mentioned on tonights bulletins. Let's get back to back promotions so they HAVE to mention us!

Nothing new gillsfan1066, a while ago it is why the Rainham End adopted the Millwall song 'No One Likes Us' we are just not glamorous enough! Crikey does that mean Aldershot are????
The Gills are largely understated, apart from our chairman (and yes even Maddog) not vocal within the football arena, and going up!!!!
Let the Rainahm End make the noise which gets everyone noticing the Gills even if it should be the quality of football being played.
Not a great result for us but watch out Wimbledon as we should hopefully see a positive response.

I think it is purely a case that Meridian mention the sides in alphabetical order which seems utter nonsense when they lose and we win. I would go with the biggest news first (like the Football League show which shows the highlights in order of league position) but that seems too sensible!

A disapointing result, but we will get them.To only lose twice in 14 games is a great start, and our first away defeat in the League.Hopefully we will bounce back at Wimbledon.
