This is a massive game for us.Bradford have adapted really well to League One probably due to their momentum last season. But this will show whether we have gone backwards as we did the double over Bradford last year.We should be winning these kind of games if we want to stay up,against a side that went up with us.I agree with Scally`s call for a great atmosphere.Yes crowds cannot kick the ball but if the fans create an atmosphere like Plymouth at home last season then there can be no excuses from anyone.

Team? I won`t put Whelpdale in the side as he has Kidney complaints.

Nelson
Harriman,Legge,Barrett,Martin
Linganzi
Lee,Hollands,Weston
Kedwell,McDonald

Subs:Howard,Davies,Allen,Dack,Gregory,German,Akinfenwa

Prediction: im going for a surprise 2-1 win for us :) .

We have to win at some point so maybe this weekend is it. I think the crowd will be tentative at best and the momentum from last season that helped attract new supporters might be lost and give similar gates to normal.

I would like to see a more attacking formation. If we are losing with a defensive one why not lose trying to win however I think Allen will stick with what he has done all season. Team I would like to see (in a senior 4-3-3 style formation):

Nelson
Harriman....Legge....Barrett....Martin
Davies (feel he has more steel than Gregory or Linganzi)
German....Lee....Hollands....Weston
McDonald

or

Nelson
Harriman....Legge....Barrett....Martin
Davies....Lee
German....Kedwell....Weston
McDonald

Absolutely nothing against Kedwell, he is our best player so far but I think we need to attack and get a few goals, catch the opposition out. I would like to try a 4-5-1 formation with him in midfield as I think he would be terrific there. Imagine the bite with him and Lee! (I am assuming Lee IS back this weekend???)

" I think the crowd will be tentative at best "

But the Chairman has told us to be positive - lets do as we are told.

Seriously though I would love to see us play a couple wide men and keep Bradford stretched across the back; this, I believe, will suit Cody and also give us opportunities for the outlet ball from the back.

What? Are you not advocating lumping the ball over the midfield Steve? We won the league doing that! ;-)

Agree with you about the must win game, I have never been a fan of people calling a game a must win, unless it is a one off cup match or the last game of the season and it means something, but things do look pretty bleak don't they ?
Are the four players listed as available for transfer still on the market, no takers I assume ? Got mixed feelings about playing someone I have decided to dump, I guess one side of me says as a player about to be given the boot I had better play well and get picked up, or prove to GFC I am worth keeping, the other side of the coin says maybe I would think screw you GFC I am under contract so you have to pay me anyway and bang in a couple of own goals , lol.
Both Bristol and Nots County could easily pick up a point this weekend, so it really is time to put the pedal to the metal and show us what The Mighty Gills can really do .

I listened to the game, and it was not great to listen to.We seemed off the pace and hardly tested their keeper.Bradford did sound dangerous and could have scored a few more goals.I looked at this game as the chance to get our first win,but worringly us and Bradford look streets apart from last season.I listened to Allen`s post match interview and he did sound angry, but mostly hurt.It was a side we have not seen before.

Crewe away next, and I would say that game will be harder than Bradford.
