Your team is a good team and you played well. First half I would say it was about even with maybe cheltenham edging it.

2nd half we totally dominated you, hence your team wasting time non stop with 20 minutes to go.

Your 80 odd fans of which you are obviously not one of the loyal ones would have been pleased by the display.

It was a fair result and keeps us 5 clear. Nelson pulled off 2 absolutely superb saves and how Kedwell missed the open goal I'll never know. On that basis 1-0 to the Gills would not have been a questionable result and I'm sure Yates would be the happiest manager.

109 fans on a cold Tuesday for one of the longest and difficult trips of the season isn't something to be sniffed it.

I think the last time we only took 109 away was before you made league status plus about 15 years! If you are going to post at least have your facts right!

You forget long trips to you are our short trips! Everyone to you is no more than 200 miles away and we see you as a close neighbour! Try a trip from Gillingham to Morecambe, Accrington, Rochdale, Fleetwood, Bradford, York, Plymouth, Torquay, Exeter! We took 388 to Northampton on a Tuesday evening, we have double the gate of yours. We are averaging 724 fans at every league match this season. You came to ours on a Saturday last season and could only find 148 to watch your side on a warm early August afternoon yet we took 382 to yours in March in the 3-0 trouncing. We took more fans to EACH AND EVERY AWAY GROUND we visited last season than the paultry amount that you brought to ours! Not worth boasting about is it really?

A good test would be the away fixture at Oxford! 122 miles for us and we took over a thousand! Cheltenham to Oxford 42 miles...let's see how many they take!!

Meant to look at this the other week! Cheltenham took 367 to Oxford United on New Year's Day!

They'll miss the gate money from the 1400 we took there this year!

I'd expect Portsmouth to take at least that , especially if they're doing well , so probably won't miss out that much
