After two home games,we`re back on the road as we Travel to Bradford City.Confidence should be high after the two home wins this week.Bradford come into this game after a 2-0 win at Colchester. They sit one place above us,but level on points with a game in hand. After the two wins there is less pressure on us to get a result,so I would be pleased with a point up there.

What Team would you play?

Think I would be disappointed if we came away without a point, although I kind of throw the Coventry score out the window when it comes to judging how good we are, bit like the freak show at the fair, lol.
Bradford are not a great home side , they draw a lot, and have had a bunch of injuries, but they are pretty solid at the back and I think if we get off to a slow start and they score then we might have trouble coming back. Good strong back four, fill the midfield and hope to score on a breakaway early, same team that played Coventry starting Birchall up front . Hate the thought of trying to play for a point, but I guess sometimes a teams got to do what a teams got to do. Tell young Hessy he is fired if he doesn't score another easy goal like he did against Coventry. Where is Hessy senior now days?

I believe he also coaches young kids for SEFA as well. He was at the Crawley game but I didn't see him on Tuesday, crikey if he missed THAT goal!!!!

Thanks, I am kind of surprised he did not pick up a job managing in the Blue Square or even Division 2, Dartford need a manager and quick. Does he scout future games or talent. I hope he stayed on good terms with Scally so he can give the Gills a call if Burnley don't want the players he thinks are up to snuff. What does a scout for a team like Burnley get paid any idea?

I think he and Scally are good mates and have been for ages. I guess he doesn't require a full-time position like that and with Nicky Southall manager of Whitstable I guess he may end up doing more in his club he owns with Trigger. The scouting might be the little bit extra he might need. That does make you wonder if he may end up doing a bit of a double job for two clubs but then I guess that could be said about everybody.

I think the 1-1 draw is a decent point for us,especially as we were second best for the first half.I listened on Gillsplayer and it did seem it would be how many Bradford would score. We didn`t seem to have much threat in the first half.Taylor brought on Lee and Bayo and we seemed to be a lot more attacking, with Cody and Bayo linking up well.Eleven minutes after the second half started and Bayo assisted Cody who equalised. They said we then had a couple of chances to score, and late on we had to defend well to secure the draw.I said before the game I would take a point, and even more so after losing at Half-Time.I know a lot of people would have wanted Bayo to start instead of Pigott, but when we have midweek games Bayo does not have the fitness to start two games in a week. But Bayo did well when he came on and obviously gave us the physical presence we needed.

We`re three games unbeaten now,and that is an extra point towards safety.Crewe at home next who are a bogey side at Priestfield, but a win would put us in a strong position.
