With Frampton breaking his ankle,I wonder if AFC Wimbledon will consider signing Barrett on loan? I don`t see Barrett being a regular this season.I would prefer to have him around the squad for experience though.

Adam Barrett has joined AFC Wimbledon on loan until October 4th.He cannot play in any Cup games for them,so he could be useful for us at some stage of the season with his experience.

Adam Barrett scored a great goal against his old Club Southend last Night in their JPT win.

The fact we have given AFC Wimbledon permission to play Adam Barrett in last night's Football League Trophy Match against Southend United, means that Adam Barrett has moved one step closer to being a AFC Wimbledon player on a permanent basis.

Not too sure about that though. Trophy matches conclude quite early and he might miss the final or semi so not sure it hinders us much. If we agreed to FA Cup games then I would definitely agree. That said I still think he will move on, probably to them.
His goal was superbly taken. He didn't look like trying that when he was with us!
