136 Million Pounds

I guess Louis van Gaal has the scouting reports from the previous manager Moyes, and it would seem all the money in the World to spend, 136 Million Pounds so far, and poor old Moyes got chucked out.
OK I don't feel sorry for him, didn't he sign a 5 year deal with Man Utd, so I guess he is getting paid the balance till 2018,but I wonder if the Board would have given him this amount of money to spend ?
