Anyone else see the scorers in Hartlepool's win 2-1 at the weekend against Notts County? Peter Hartley and James Poole!
How perfect is that?!
On that basis, I heard today that we have signed Bristol Rover's Matt Gill and York's Michael Ingham (poetic licence requested due to the fact the transfer window is shut and Ingham is a goalkeeper)!!!!

I used to work with a bloke called Allcock. His name was Steve with a middle name of Malcolm.
So when it was on the work list it read SM Allcock....
There is a signaller at Sandwich signal box called Dave Bacon and when a signaller answers the internal phone (not the signalling phone) they have to say their name and then signal box, so Dave answers Bacon, Sandwich.
