A very winnable game to get us into the third round, that probably means we will struggle and scrape through by the skin of our teeth.
Hopefully. :D

Maybe if we play FOOTBALL and not what our manager calls football and the rest of the world calls it thump it up the field and hope against hope someone from GFC gets it, then this should be a very nice 3 or 4- 1 win for the GILLS, GO THE GOOD GUYS.

Shame we couldn't keep Cody Mac and Dack, every time I turn the TV on he seems to be scoring or making goals, still I am sure we bought some real good players out of the money we got to replace him ............NOT.
Come on you Gills another couple in the net and lets get this game locked up. By now your superior fitness and skill should start to come through. GO GILLS.

Home to Cardiff. Could be better, could be worse. A winnable game against a Premier League side if that is possible.

I am pleased we got through. We were hanging on at the end.Credit to Slough who had plenty of chances, and on another day they would have knocked us out. They just could not finish their chances, and some long range shots went just wide.We didn’t have many shots, but one long range striker from Oldaker is the difference.A fantastic goal, and shows it’s either your day or not.It would have been nice to have got the second goal for the nerves aspect, but luckily we just about held on.It wasn’t a great performance, but you just have to win these kind of games. The view of the game was poor with it being just a tarmac path. Many could not see a thing, and it was hard to see down the line.Luckily we won’t be going to grounds like that for a while.

We sure won't , I think all Division Two Grounds are better than that, unfortunately maybe the year after if Lovell is still in charge and Scally is still the owner we might be, but we live in hope.
