[ 4 Mar 25 ] Newport County v GILLS Match Thread

- The Gills only wins over Newport have come in the FA Cup where they have won 2 of the 4 meetings against the old Newport. The Gills have not beaten this form of Newport and have lost 5 in a row against them,.
- In all competitions, over a 3 month period from the end of October since their win at Priestfield, Newport had won just once in the 15 games before winning in a row over a 2 week spell at the start of February. They have drawn 1 and lost 2 following them.

(21.18) Morris palms away the ball from an attacking Newport player and the ball comes to the outside edge of the box. Morris chases and Kamwa robs him of the ball, floating goalward where it is headed off the line by Ehmer.

(21.26) Inside the box from a tight angle, Nevitt's strike beats the keeper and almost grazes both posts as it goes across goal and out for a goal kick.
