Saturday 1st
Match day - GILLS v Notts County (EFL Sky Bet League 2)

Sunday 2nd
Gbode's late consolation against Notts County was only the 3rd goal scored in 7 games and the first by a Gills player in those 642 minutes since Lapslie's goal on the 20th December.

Monday 3rd
With 9 home matches left to play, the Gills lost their 7th home league match against Notts County matching the total number of defeats in 2022/3 and 2 more than last season. Since leaving the Championship, just 4 of the 19 seasons saw more than 7 home losses (3 of which came in the previous 6 seasons).

Tuesday 4th
The 1-2 home defeat by Notts County was the Gills' 4th home loss by that scoreline this season, the most since 3 in 2019/20 and the 4 seasons in between saw 3 in total. Home and away, they have lost 6 games 1-2 - the most since the 6 (including 4 at home) in the 2017/8 season.

Wednesday 5th
The Gills' winless run now extends to 8 games, a sequence of matches which last occurred back in November 2022 (part of a winless run of 12 league games). With goals conceded in all 8 league games, the conceding run of 8 last occurred back in September 2021.

Thursday 6th
The Gills' half time away lead at Grimsby was the 3rd game in a row leading 1-0 away from home which saw the match end 1-1. When losing 0-1 at half time at home, the Gills have lost the last 4.

Friday 7th
The successive 1-1 away draws at Tranmere and Grimsby meant that the Gills had already drawn 4 away games with a 1-1 scoreline after none last season. 3 of the 4 seasons prior to last season produced 5 away 1-1 draws with 4 in the other.
