Saturday 8th
Match day - Barrow AFC v GILLS (EFL Sky Bet League 2)

Sunday 9th
The Gills winless run extends to 5 on the road (last time occurring in April 2023) and 9 home and away (last occurring back in December 2022). Clearly, shooting at goal (or rather the lack of) is a significant reason with just 11 shots on target in 6 games. It is a bit of a contrast to the first 8 league games of the season.

Monday 10th
Against Barrow, Andy Smith became the Gills' 35th player used this season and Dominic Corness became the 36th. The Gills used 33 last season, 35 the season before and 31 season before that. Just 30 were used in 2020/1 and 27 the season before.

Tuesday 11th

Wednesday 12th
The 3 second half away goals conceded at Barrow was the first time the Gills had conceded 3 after the break away from home since December 2021 however they had conceded 4 at Portsmouth in October 2023 and 5 at Harrogate in April 2024.

Thursday 13th
Excluding the own goals by Tranmere and Grimsby, Robbie McKenzie's goal against Walsall meant that he is the only Gills player to scorer away from home in the league since Dieng at the end of October. His 3 goals then now makes him the top scorer away from home, surpassing own goals (2).

Friday 14th
5 of the Gills last 10 away games have been drawn with all 5 games ending 1-1. There has only been 3 draws in the last 20 home league and cup games but none of those draws were 1-1s.
