The world of Danny Kedwell

Postby Garawa » Fri Dec 20, 2013 12:12 pm

Interesting article on Kent News today interviewing Danny. He certainly has had a meteoric rise up the leagues. I have always been a fan but even I had concede that perhaps League 1 might be a little past his ability, how wrong as he looks more at home this season than he has done previously for us. It must be incredibly hard to play for the club you support, he must go through irrational responses the same as we do but on the pitch. I can't remember the last time we had such a crucial player to the club.

A decent interview, like you Gary I had doubts whether Kedwell would be able to step up to League one,and he has.Whichever League Kedwell has played in from Kent League to League one,he has always stepped up.He is my favourite current Gills Player as he always gives 100% and plays each game like us fans would with passion. When he first joined he only really scored penaltys, but in the last year he has scored more goals in open play and scored 10 goals before the start of December.A massive shame that Kedwell is likely to be out for atleast a month with a hernia injury.
