Is it time for him to be banned for ever now? I would hate to have to play against someone when I might need a tetanus injection after the game!

Vile and disgusting man. Third time he has done it, clearly learnt the last few times then. Great role model and yes should be banned for a very long time! Watch the increase in bites there are at schools this week! I suppose the Liverpool fans will come out in droves and say how he was "provoked"! Horrid man.

I think Suarez must have issues,as Uruguay were winning with a few minutes left, and then Suarez suddenly bites Chiellini. This is the third time he has done this.He has to get a lengthy ban now.

Third time he's done it - more likely the third time that he's been caught.

It really is unacceptable and the mighty FIFA must be seen to be doing something about it - but will they really have the guts for any meaningful punitive action; your guess is as good as mine.

They said on the news that he could be banned for "up to" 24 games or 2 years. What does that mean? 24 games would be about 6 months which I believe is less than Eric Cantona got for not making contact with a racist thug! Is there a difference if the person is on or off the field of play? If so, why? I hate it when police get involved when players are injured but in this case he should face a criminal prosecution especially with "form".

I saw in one paper that he blames the English!! For what? Forcing him to bite an opponent? Not sure how we are getting the blame.....again (suits FIFA, they hate us anyway)!! A Uruguayan bites an Italian in a match played in Brazil with a Mexican ref, a game that had no bearing on England's future in the competition and it's all our fault!!! Must be some sort of compensation award we can pay out in that! By the way Luis, your obscene wages have been paid by English people so be a little bit grateful will you, especially as most of the time you "earnt" it sitting on your a**e suspended!!!

Suarez has been banned for four Months, and also 9 International games.I think he should have been banned for longer, but atleast this will hurt him.Maybe now he will get help and make sure it does not happen again.

FIFA should insist he have them horse choppers yanked out before he goes on the pitch again, that way he can only suck someone to death. The mind boggles.
80th minute of the Uruguay game against Columbia, looks as if it has come back to bight Uruguay in the butt, down 2-0.
