Gillingham Sign Elliott List

Gillingham have signed Elliott List on a One Year Deal.

Elliott List was previously on the books at Crystal Palace and is described as a pacey right winger, although Elliott List can also play in the middle of midfield or up-front.

When Elliott List played for Gillingham against Charlton Athletic in The Kent Senior Cup Final, I just assume he was one of our youth team players who got the opportunity to play in The Kent Senior Cup Final because Justin Edinburgh had already released Mahlon Romeo, Josh Staunton, Devante McKain and Charlie Webster.

I can see Elliott List playing for Gillingham's Development Squad, during Kent Senior Cup Matches and making the occasional Football League Trophy Appearance, I doubt we see the young midfielder involved in the first team on too many occasions unless we pick up a number of injuries or suspensions.

I expect List to play for the Gills XI in pre-season friendlies,and spend a year in the development side.If he impresses then he could make a few sub appearances for the first Team.I hope he can be a gem.
