Hi All.... Good to see some old faces, and will be good to see some new.

What a start to the season. One of my last posts on the last board was that I didnt want martin allen. Well I was wrong. He has turned this club around.
We look solid and look as if we can win every game just like it was under pulis.

I went to barnet away had great fun. Thought the fans in the 2nd half against southend were tremendous. Lets hope the fans keep responding to the excellent
word being done by the team on the pitch.

Great win today truly great away win.

Good to see some familiar faces (what is a message board equivalent of a face)! Here's to many more.

Gillsfan, it was just me who set this board up so I suppose that actually does make me the headmaster now, lol!! But as you were one of the first 10 to join, you're now in the gang as well!!! Ha ha. Seriously though, there was never a group as such on the old board and everyone is welcome here so make sure you all pass on the website address to others you know or who also used the old site! I wont actively promote this board too much to avoid some of the users that have ruined others and word of mouth will make it grow, a little slow at first but it will get there.

Here's to many happy (and quite potentially exhilarating) months of posting and more!

I was on the beach last week and thought I had found Steve Evans of Rotherham, but it turned out it was a dead grey seal.

Gary, what is the little circle with the lines and sometimes a star; one of which seems to be moving at the moment, at the side of the topics? Just like to know these things!!

The one thing I have never really understood about phpBB message boards is what those icons mean. There are tons of them! I know the one that looks like a keyhole with a padlock shows a locked forum (one that no-one can add posts to) like the top forum I set up with the admin account. As for the others I'm not sure! Apparently, some of the definitions are discussed here:

I found out that a scrolling icon denotes a "hot topic" which I set to 25 posts. A red icon means unread and black means red if that makes any sense!
